An entrepreneur, Matthieu co-founded Caduceum, a consulting firm specialising in pharmaceutical engineering and medical devices. He then founded Wombat Groupe in 2021 in Lyon with Guillaume Chabert and leads the group's strategy and development.
Chief Executive Officer
An IT project manager in the French public service, Guillaume turned to entrepreneurship as an IT consultant. He then joined EFOR, a consulting firm. Co-founder of Wombat Groupe in 2021, he runs operations and designs the group's management and financial tracking tools.
Chief Administrative & Financial Officer
A graduate of Rennes School of Business and the Institut Paul Bocuse, Karine was HR director at Caduceum and then ran her own restaurant in Lyon. She went on to head administration and finance for the Paul Bocuse brasseries, before joining the group in 2024.
Sales & Recruitment Director
After a professional bachelor's in banking and insurance, Adrien worked for over ten years in the banking sector (Société Générale, Banque Populaire, Crédit Agricole Sud Rhône Alpes), rising to wealth management adviser. He joined the group in 2022 to lead its sales.
Director of Facility Planning
A university graduate and lifelong sports enthusiast, Jordan spent ten years as a franchisee in the restaurant sector, where he developed three “Le Kiosque à Pizzas” outlets. He joined the group in 2023 as Director of Facility Planning.
Technical & Logistics Director
Partner, Spain
With a qualification in automotive sales, Vincent began his career in that sector before joining Giga Gym. Driven by a passion for sport and entrepreneurship, he then devoted himself to fitness coaching focused on women's health. He joined the group in 2025 and contributes to its development in Spain.

Holding a licence and a bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Alexandre worked at the Sofitel in Brussels before moving into fitness in 2015. At Wellness Sport Club he ran three clubs in France and then built up the Swiss network of three premium centres in Geneva. He joined the group in 2024 and contributes to its development in Spain.
